He also uses Frank Ferris, a lawyer from Sacramento California, to help legitimize Ryan's fraudulent transactions.
Frank Ferris is like Popeye's sidekick character Wimpy. Ferris will most of the time take your phone call and say the exact same thing every time... "Money is coming in. The transaction is legitimate. It should close next Tuesday"... then Tuesday comes around and he says "there were some problems... it should close Friday." and on and on.
Its obviously all a lie as he has NEVER provided any written proof. One day he will have to answer to the authorities for conspiring with Ryan.
